I would consider my culture to be young adult women of color, mostly African American. For me, my culture consists of black Christian women in their twenties who are adventurous and they enjoy pop culture. Also, most of them are working on their master's as well. 1. Time— The days are long but the months and years are short. The time in my day passes slowly when it comes to work or school, but when I reminisce on the things I have accomplished I look back and see how fast the time has passed. For me and my culture time is used for work and fun. If I am not doing homework or at my day job, I am with my friends and family going out to eat, going to parties, or having a girl's night.
